Unfortunately, the previous year cutoff for automobile engineering was 10590 at Manipal Institute of Technology. But, you do have chance to get into Biochemical Engineering and Printing Technology, based on previous year data.

Since this year only the Manipal Entrance Test is of 800 marks along with a negative marking so anything above 550+ is a good score to comfortably get CSE at Manipal campus. There was no negative marking last year, but this year is.

If you are able to get LNMIIT, then I would prefer you to come to LNMIIT as it is better them MUJ.

I am assuming you to be of general category. If you have cleared JEE exam cutoff percentile then you may get Manipal main campus. If not then you may get Manipal Jaipur EC, mechanical mechatronics, civil, electrical, electrical + electronics, biotechnology, metallurgy, chemical engineering branch and in Manipal Sikkim may be EC and IT both.

Manipal's main campus generally takes students who have cleared the cutoff percentile in JEE Mains. Therefore, if you have cleared this exam then surely you can get the main campus. If not, then with this rank, you are not getting Manipal main campus. In Manipal Jaipur also, it is hard to get ECE branch and the same applies for Manipal Sikkim too.

You should go for branches other than computer science and engineering in Manipal University as per your rank. I will suggest you to go for branches like information technology, electronics and communications engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, etc.

You can expect mechanical engineering in main campus with this rank.
