Hi,
B.Sc is considered equivalent to graduation. Afterwards, you can directly get admission to a Master's degree. On the other hand, a Diploma is not considered as graduation and lacks credibility too. Also, with a B.Sc Degree, you have an edge to get into teaching industry.

Yes, of course, MBA is a degree which can be done by anyone but you need to have an undergraduate degree for that with minimum marks as prescribed by the institution.
