Hi, You can always follow your passion. If you feel confident of growth in the areas of cinematography and photography you can consider doing some full-time programs in these areas. There are many media people with engineering backgrounds. Just, for admissions, you have to convince the universities. You must show them portfolios of these works.

The entrance exam date of Xavier Institute of Communication is not out yet, but generally, the exam takes place in the month of May.

Hi Anmolveer, In order to pursue a career in modelling, you need to work on your body. You will need to build a good physique and have a good attitude. You should be confident to face the camera and should have a pleasing personality. For acting, you should have the talent to act and portray any character given to you. Hi Salon, The score in mass communication entrance exam will not be based on subject-wise score, but overall score. Generally, all 4 sections carry equal weightage but then, every college may have a change of pattern. You need to focus on the overall exam.
