Both courses are good! It totally depends on you, that in which field you want to make a career. PG Diploma in journalism includes all the aspects of journalism (it is limited to journalism) whereas mass communication includes everything from filmmaking to journalism.

There is no point in pursuing a course that you don't like. Between photography and social work also, you need to figure out which one you want to take up as your career. You are eligible for both the courses as you have completed your 10+2 already. If you wish to pursue photography, please refer to this link https://www.shiksha.com/careers/photographer-88
On the other hand, a career in social work is personally very satisfying and rewarding. If you wish to pursue a degree in social work, you may consider applying to these colleges:
1. Tata Institute of Social Sciences
2. Department of Social Work
3. Madras School of Social Wo

There are very few institutes that offer online courses in photography. The best one is Indian Institute of Photography, which offers the course at all levels from basic to advanced. If photography is a hobby, online course or even workshops would be a good option. But if you looking to make a career out of it, I would suggest you to rather go for a regular course. SIBM-Pune only offers the following programs, - A two years full time MBA programme giving the options to specialize in Marketing, Finance, Operations and Human Resources (Admission through SNAP)
- A two year full time MBA programme in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. (Admission through SNAP)
- Executive MBA programme and one year Post Graduate Diploma Programmes for the working professional offered during the weekends
Hence, you will have to research a bit further to find another institute under SIU that offers a Bachelors in Mass Media.
