Yes, you can do master in mass communication (MA) after B.Tech degree, there is no problem in that, but you need to choose a best college for that .
Basically, you need a Bachelor's degree with at least 50%-60% marks in that for MA in mass communication.

Complete your 10+2 with very good grades, a upper first class is required. Take the SAT and the TOEFL. Take part in extra curricular activities, literary work, project work related to mass comm etc and build a strong profile. Different universities would be having different admission requirements.
