Look I don't compare my college's professor's knowledge with VIPS' or MAIT's professors because they all had got the same education and are highly educated as well.But VIPS has been ranked 2nd in the top 10 best colleges of IPU for BJMC whereas mine(TIAS) ranked 5th.Subjects and number of labs for practicals are same though VIPS' infrastructure is much bigger than ours.Rest the choice is all yours.I would suggest you to opt VIPS if you can because VIPS is a bit better than TIAS (that doesn't mean that TIAS is not good in anyway).

Have you already taken admission or intending to take? College timings are set by colleges depending on many diverse issues. If students exert enough pressure, colleges are willing to adjust timings. Please check physically or by telephone with college.

Fee structure varies from university to university.

Most of the universities offering Bachelors and Masters in Mass comm courses take admissions through entrance tests.
You can see if you can get admission in any private college.

You will have to appear for entrance exam to get admission in IPU to pursue BJMC.

Mass communication is a larger team and journalism is a part of it. So, you may pursue a degree such as BJMC or BA mass communication and journalism.
