It is advised that you complete 12th standard first and then get into a college, as no good college will give you admission on the basis of class 10th score.

Yes, you can become a photographer, to become the same, you will have to pursue a photography course. You may choose to do a degree course or even a Diploma whichever suits you the best.

To pursue a career in art direction in TV production, it would be great if you try to get into institute like FTII, as that would be the right place for you. MBA in mass communication will not surely lead you to a career in the same.

The admission for BA (mass communication) in government universities is based both on merit and entrance examination. Delhi University admissions for BA in (mass communication) is based on the cut-off, but GGSIPU-New Delhi conducts its own CET for selection of candidates for BA in mass communication.
