Hi,
YouTube: This is one of the popular idea. Start your YouTube channel. This will help you to become famous. Once you are famous, then you can join some popular channels like AIB, TVF, etc. I have seen some of the stand up comedian in few videos of AIB and TVF.
Reality Shows: If you are really talented at something (Dancing, Singing etc), then try to participate in reality shows like DID, Indian idol. This way you become famous which will lead you to your dream of becoming an actor/actress.
More reality shows: If you don't have such talent, then try Roadies, Splitsvilla, etc. There are many Roadies, splitsvillain in Bollywood like Rannv

Yes, they have their own studios where they provide you some practical knowledge about how to handle video and still camera. Majorly they work on theoretical portion. There are no placements.

Yes, you can do it. The minimum eligibility criteria required for Masters in mass media is a Bachelor's degree.
