The cutoff varies every year according to the number of students applying for examination and number of seats available. It would be advisable that you get in touch with college authorities/official page directly for accurate cutoff.

Director - The director is responsible for giving life to a script.

Post Graduate Diploma in Film and TV production direction.
If you are willing to get into film making then, you can pursue this course. The course highlights the art of audio-visual production (script, cinematography, editing-sound and VFX).
You can also get Master's degree in film and media.

Moreover, choosing one from English (Hons) and BJMC is a tough decision. You need to think and analyse whether news/media industry interest you more or the writing and editing industry.
