TV anchor is not easy. You may have all the skills for being a TV anchor but the most important one is to get recognised by good people from the industry to get good jobs. Well, for being an anchor ,you should have good looks, a unique presentation skill(don't try to imitate. Just be what you are and most importantly, presence of mind. Not always does you get scripts ,you will need to know how and what to do when you are in such a position. Being in a city and doing several auditions is what you can do now and hope for the best.

Applicants after completing class 12th or equivalent exams are eligible for it.
But, why do you want to leave your BE and get into drama? Leaving BE in between and joining a Bachelors in drama will impact your career and you will have to re-start your career again. Think carefully and then take a decision.
