You can seek admission in MAEER's college, Pune as the admissions have begun. There's no cut-off needed for the course and all you need is to be an eligible graduate with more than 60% in graduation. You will have to sit for a PI round, however for which you can prepare since the admissions have started.
All the best.

The answer to this question depends solely upon the discretion of the university that you have been enrolled in. Every university has different set of instructions. Some universities arrange re-appear examinations post semester exams, some arranging the same in the alternate semesters (1st semester back papers to be given along with 3rd semester exams, 2nd semester back papers to be given in 4th semester and so on) and some arranging it at the end of the academic year. You should contact your university in accordance to the same.
All the best.

As per the revised set of instructions by the Government, you can pursue two Bachelors courses simultaneously from different universities via different modes. You can choose to pursue either of the course through regular mode and the other via distance or correspondence. Your problem will be sorted thereby.

Your previous query mentions that you are doing 11th. So naturally, you are not eligible to pursue a Master's degree course without even completing your Bachelors. Complete your 12th with good grades and then complete your Bachelors. If you want to study in the US, you must do well in your studies and develop your overall profile.
