Monika, frankly speaking opting for mass communications after MBA is not exactly a very good idea. You could have opted for it even before MBA. So before going for it judge yourself correctly and try to find out if a career in mass communication would suit you or would you be able to get on with it totally. Please do not be in two minds.

Yes Priyesh you can pursue Masters in Mass communication after B.Com but before venturing into it just probe yourself if you would be able to switch to the entirely different stream. If you have a flair for it and deep interest then only go for it.

Study Indian Cinema right from the first film by Phalke to the current cinema. First techno coloured film , first Oscar etc
You should know everything about Indian cinema .
Also, you should know about great people like Phalke, Satyajeet Raj, Tarintino, Kurosowa, Kariostami etc
Read read read about cinema . That's it .

If you wish to pursue diploma after graduation then it might lead to a good job, however after 12th the diploma might not help in getting a good job.
