Dear Karan,
Bachelor in journalism and mass communication and cabin crew or flight attendant are two very different career choices. You will initially have to understand that which filed interests you the most and then select a career. If travelling is more fun to you, then cabin crew or flight attendant is a good option to go for. But, if you wish to enter into media field then go for BJMC.
Select wisely!

If you have completed your 12th then JJ college of applied atrs, Mumbai
Udaan photoschool, Mumbai
Symbiosis, Pune
Raghu Rai academy, Delhi are the top colleges.
If you are a graduate, then Life and Light academy, Ooti is the best college in India.
For all the colleges I mentioned above, you have to pass their entrance exam and a personal interview also (maybe).
You can make a good career in this field. Lots of options in mastering and lots of opportunities.
I'm also a photographer. Good luck.
