IIMC only offers Diploma programme. Xavier's, Bombay and Amity, Noida are pretty much on the same level.

Yes, you are eligible to pursue mass communication course. All you have to do is prepare for entrance exams conducted by different institutes and appear for the same. Once you clear the exam, you'll be eligible for taking admission in Masters in mass communication. Th best institute to get in is IIMC.
