You could probably pursue a degree course in mass communication and journalism along with an advanced certificate in print & TV journalism. A degree will help you get a job not only in TV or print journalism, but will also open various avenues for you, such as event management, advertising, media research and many more.

It will be between April-June. Keep updated with university's website. Please keep in mind that most of the questions came from the news stories of last six months. Your GK is also tested. Buy CSR, Manorma year book and some news magazines of last six months. Arihant's book journalism and mass communication will be a good addition to improve your basic understanding of the subject.

Hi Dipanshu!
To become an anchor, you do not need any educational qualification as such. It is a talent-based profession, it requires a good command over language and a sense of humour. An anchor must maintain wit and humour at all times to make up for any slip of tongue that they may make. It is of utmost importance to have good communication skills and fluent language. In order to become a reporter, you need to have a journalism degree or Diploma because the news channels hire only professionals with media related education background.
