Media is a very vast domain and has a lot to offer such as
Journalism (Electronic and Print),
Advertising,
Film Making,
PR,
Acting,
Modeling,
Photography
Event Management
etc.
You can simply go for a BJMC course and after that, you can either go for a Master or PG in Media management,Mass Comm or in any of its domain such as Advertising/PR, Advertising/Marketing etc. or go for work experience. You can join as a fresher and learn. For instance, you could join as a copy writer in print. In electronic media, you would be an assistant in research or production. As you learn, you would move on to become a reporter/correspondent, editor etc.
Few other job profiles are Presenter, Public Relations Officer, Radio Jockey (RJ), Feature Writer, Art Director, Editor, Photojournalist, Transmission Executive, Screenwriter, Reporter, Proof Reader, etc.
