After completing Bachelors of journalism and mass communication course, you can go for Master of journalism and mass communication course. Some PG diploma courses in journalism and mass communication are also equivalent to it. Some of the course that can help you make a career in journalism are:
Master of Science in Mass Communication
Master of Media Studies
Master of Arts in Mass Communication
Master of Communication Studies
Master of Arts in Journalism
Master of Communication & Journalism
The eligibility criteria may vary from institute to institute.
However, graduates in any discipline can pursue this course program.

Dear Camron,
There is no similarity between Masters in mass communication and Bank PO exam.
You can choose to go for Masters in mass communication and simultaneously prepare for Bank PO exam. Once you clear that, you may leave mass communication and you unable to clear the same then also you have an option with you.
