For your theories and concepts as you will not be able to solve any question without knowing the concept well. So, you must go for quality study material for IIT JAM Statistics 2021
But before you start your preparation work on testing of Hypotheses: Basic concepts, applications of Neyman-Pearson Lemma for testing simple and composite hypotheses. Likelihood ratio tests for parameters of univariate normal distribution. Also focus more on the weak and important topic as compare to other topics. Biology (44% weightage), Chemistry (20% weightage), Mathematics (18% weightage) and

Have a good command over basic Science (11th and 12th), I hope if you are aspiring for IIT JAM you must be having that, if not please work on it. Work on graduation Biology, Read it thoroughly. Topics like biochemistry, immunology, genetics, etc. Needs to cover. The major focus should be 11th-12th detailed biology
Mathematics is important here, not important but I should say the most important subject. Work well on this as it is the rank deciding factor and confirm your selection.
