Hello Harkirat Singh, the education system of US is really different than ours. Sometimes if they feel the candidate is good then they can concession in any thing. In addition this keeps changing from year to year. In view of this I would strongly recommend that you should approach an agency that is dealing with sending students to US for PG. Atish, Yes you can do that. Rather its quite common. But you need to qualify for some eligibility conditions set by any university abroad, where you want to get admission. They will assess your graduation, your IELETS score, your funds and a large sum of fee in Dollars is required to get admission. But on the contrary, there is a very easy and affordable option is to take admission in Chandigarh University under International Credit transfer programme, completing some semesters here in India and then going abroad to complete rest of the semesters, with a support from Chandigarh University.
