Yes, there are many colleges (mostly private or public private ownership) which provide seats for PG international students. You can see Amity University.

There is no entrance exam. If you get minimum 60% in UG degree you are eligible to apply. You can apply the moment you get your; last but one semester mark sheet. You will get your conditional offer. You need to prove your English proficiency do doing IELTS or PTE exam. It is advisable you apply through an educational consultant, they will be able to guide on visa processing.

You need to give GMAT exam in order to study abroad or else you may give GATE exam, but the outreach of GMAT exam is more than that of GATE exam. So, choose wisely.

Yes, you can attend the NIFT for your Masters. First you have to complete the Bachelor's degree and then appear for the entrance exam.
