Some faculty members are highly experienced and have good teaching skills. Placements: Companies visiting our college to offer placements are average. The college authority is working hard to invite good companies. There is an active placement cell in the college which is managed by students most of the time. The average salary package offered was 2 LPA to 3 LPA. Students hardly get internships from this college. In RDS department, you have to do a 6-week internship with a well-known organisation. This includes our course. If you perform well, that particular organisation will offer you placement. Every one of our seniors got placed. The highest salary offered is Rs. 19,000, and the average salary offered is Rs. 10,000 for the previous batch. If you stick to the field and gather 2 years of experience in rural development, you can easily find a better placement than in any other field. Experience is very important in our field.
