Yes, there is an IGNOU regional center at Pune. But, they offer the course in distance/correspondence.

There are plenty of institutions offering different PG Diploma in nursing. However a word of caution. UGC had recently reiterated to all the universities that no professional course should be offered in distance education mode. Hence even if you decide to go ahead, please ask the concerned university's administration Department for permission granted by UGC for such course. Best wishes to you.

They conduct an entrance test for every course, nothing is based on the cut off of class 12th.

If you intend to come back to India after doing your Masters in US then it is better that you pursue the said course in India itself as it will give you better exposure to the Indian context of business, moreover you will have the advantage of internship & campus placement as well.

IGNOU-Pune does not have a regular programme for MTM, but they do offer the course as a distance programme.
