You can go for colleges outside your city also in your graduation. If you are getting the opportunity, then don't miss it, if it is one of the best institutes of India. It doesn't matter you go for graduation or post-graduation. It would be a good exposure for you until you use your opportunity wisely and stay focused on your goal to do MBA. Good luck.

1. Age criteria:
The eligibility of the age is divided into two parts; first for the post of an Assistant Professor and the other one is for JRF candidates. The maximum age limit for JRF is 30 years and there is no age limit for an Assistant Professor.

You can check options in Asia such as Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Japan and Singapore. Also, these places have a good demand for IT professionals. Other options can include Ireland, Norway, Russia, etc. Canada is also quite affordable and one of the best study abroad destinations.

Germany is the mecca for mechanical engineering, which is the best or better will eventually depend on your career plans. In which you want to work and what your interests are, figure it out. Automotive engineering, automobiles, robotics, etc., are some of the best fields to opt for in Germany. There are no Diplomas there though, you must look for Master's degree only.
