My honest review about my college.

Placements: M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences provides good placements and job opportunities for UG graduates and PG graduates. The college also provides internships with their associated MS RAMAIAH FOUNDATIONS, and the students can also prefer their own internship options.

Infrastructure: College food and mess is always pathetic. As per my friend who are staying in hostel they have reviewed it as good food in hostel. However college canteen pricing was cheap but the food quality want upto the mark. The curriculum is very well structured here in the first year the student has to study all the basic courses of management like financial accounting marketing management, human resources management, quantitative methods etc. And in the second year of the college one has to choose the electives on the basis of the interest in specific domain.

Faculty: The course curriculum is extraordinary in MS RAMAIAH UNIVERSITY OF APPLIED SCIENCES. Modules basis and not semester wise. Were only one subject is taught in an modules followed by exam and an assignment on that subject. The faculty of MS RAMAIAH UNIVERSITY OF APPLIED SCIENCES are supportive in every manner, including the academics and sports. The students can depend upon the faculty of the college for any kind of needs and necessities. They really take efforts to improve the overall status of the students. Faculty is not that great as many of them don't have good communication skills.

Mediocre because of no placements or internship opportunities, yet the infrastructure is very good.

Placements: Around 5-6 students enrolled in the year I took admission. Next year, there were 11-12 students who took admission. There are no placement opportunities or internships provided by our college, which is a huge satisfaction, given that we pay so many fees. There are no recruiting companies that come for placements.

Infrastructure: There's everything, the classrooms are very spacious, and there are smart boards, there's Wi-Fi, labs, and a library as well, which has plenty of books required for all the departments. The hostels are very clean and tidy. The food is very yummy and also hygienic. You can get all sorts of food, ranging from South Indian to North Indian and even snacks. There's a medical college and a hospital right next to our building, so medical help is always readily available. There are also sports tournaments and club activities that keep happening from time to time. The infrastructure and teaching quality are too good.

Faculty: The teachers are extremely qualified, most of them are IIT graduates, and obviously hold a Ph.D. The teaching quality is very nice. They follow the course delivery plan and are quite efficient in imparting knowledge. The course curriculum is relevant and makes the students industry-ready. It helps the students gain exposure and also develop relevant skills. The semester exams are difficult, but since the teachers are so good at their teaching methods, it's never difficult to score good marks. The pass percentage from our batch is 100 percent because none of us ever failed.

Other: I chose this course because I liked the subject back in my 12th grade. The best thing about my course is that the timings are kind of flexible in college, so I can have a balance between college and social life. Improvements can be made in providing more internship opportunities and maybe more placements rather than just a few. There are fests held every year, and we have seminars from time to time, almost every week, conducted by various clubs in our college.

Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences From a Student Perspective

Placements: None of them got placed in my batch, as we are the 1st batch. They did not know that our course was there in our college, thats how the placement cell of our college was. The placement cell is not very good. Companies have not visited our college to recruit our batch students. None of them got an internship, but now they are giving out internships to students. Marketing and researcher roles may get these jobs.

Infrastructure: The facilities on the campus are so good. They treat the students well-behaved, and the amenities are very good. For example, if you consider a classroom, it has everything that the students need. The hostel and the security they give a top priority to students.

Faculty: Teachers are well trained. They have good knowledge. They teach us so well. The quality of teaching is good. Teachers get changed every semester. The economics course is so related to real life as it makes students industry-ready. Semesters are not so difficult as long the students attend the classes regularly.

Other: I chose this course because I wanted to explore new things in life and learn about new concepts. The best thing about this course is if u learn economics your life becomes easier for you. Improve our course by adding some technical courses for IT also. Fests are so good on our campus and one of the biggest events happens in Ramaiah.

Honest review of my college.

Placements: We are still in our first year and are the followers of the pilot batch. We have heard companies such as AB and GE have come to place, and a few other industries located in Peenya, with packages of 2.5 to 5 LPA. ABB and GE are a few companies that have selected our seniors. We are still in our first year, so we have just heard it from our seniors. A few companies are giving a stipend of 8000.

Infrastructure: College food and mess are always pathetic. As per my friends who are staying in the hostel, they have reviewed it as good food in the hostel. However, the college canteen pricing was cheap, but the food quality was not up to the mark.

Faculty: It’s a modular system of education where we get to study one subject for a month and then take an examination. I had selected human resources as my elective, which has yet to start. Faculty is not that great, as many of them don’t have good communication skills. One of the faculty members does not concentrate on the curriculum, he used to share his experience in the market. In our modular system of education, we are taught theory in the morning and noon sessions. All lab sessions practice the same theory taught in the morning.

Placements: Approximately 85% of students are placed. The lowest package is 3 LPA, the highest reached 12 LPA, and the average hovered around 6 LPA. Deloitte, Infosys, TCS, and HDFC Bank are among the recruiters. Finance and consulting firms offered internships. There are fewer tier-1 roles, according to some students.

Infrastructure: The campus offers robust Wi-Fi, computer labs, smart classrooms, and a well-stocked library. The mess food is mediocre, but the hostel is respectable. There are some, but not many, sports and cultural facilities. Emergency medical care is subpar and could be better.

Faculty: Professors are knowledgeable and encouraging, and frequently relate theory to actual business situations. Although it adopts the newest industry tools slowly, the curriculum is generally relevant. The pass rate is about 88%, and the exams are moderately difficult. Not many topics seemed out of date.

Actually, it's a good college. In 2025, the college provided good placements.

Placements: In our college, 80% of students got placed in different companies like Google and Microsoft in on-campus placements. In our college, every year, we have to do internships. It is compulsory for every student to obtain placement credits, and they will only suggest us companies.

Infrastructure: Hostels are good, but the room facilities are not that good. The hostel food is not that good. The hostel building is a little bit smaller and crowded, but rooms are good. The menu in the mess changes weekly. Every Sunday, they will provide us with non-vegetarian food.

Faculty: Teachers are good. All faculty members are good mentors. They will guide us like their own children. They are qualified from different universities and different countries. The semester exams are hard. The pass percentage is 98%.

The MS Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences Bangalore, Karnataka, is situated in a calm and easily accessible area in the city of Bangalore. The campus Gnana Gangothri and Ramaiah Technology Campus has two layers, the twin campuses, and offers a holistic experience to students.

MSRUAS campus is stocked with 160 classrooms, 150 computer/academic laboratories, and a large seminar hall with a capacity of 100 delegates.

A number of laboratories are present on both the campuses of MSRUAS Bangalore. The libraries are distributed according to the different faculties and schools of study. At Ramaiah University in Bangalore libraries, students can avail facilities such as Circulation Service, ICT, Inter Library Loan, etc.

An intricate network of MS Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences hostels is present at both the campuses. 7 hostels (5 girls hostels and 2 boys hostels) are present on the Gnana Gangothri campus of the university. At the Ramaiah Technology Campus, 2 hostels are present – Vivekananda Girls Hostel and Vivekananda Boys Hostel.

MSRUAS provides all-round sports facilities to students. Sports infrastructure include Table Tennis, Carom and Chess in indoor games.
