It is indeed good to know your desire to pursue PG in Aeronautical Engineering. But the eligibility for this is graduation in engineering. If you have graduated in engineering then you can apply for GATE which as the entrance exam for PG is acceptable to many institutes. Of course, there are some which have their own exams too.

It depends on which line you want to go for. I would recommend 2 year PG course as it gives students a brief idea of other fields apart from the specialised field in mass communication.

Ideally, the university looks at a good academic record to invite applications. Further, as it is a Masters programme, all the more necessity to have a great academic score. So, please clear you exams and apply to your desired university.

Masters is possible but very few college choices are there. You can apply in PSUs recruiting aeronautical engineers through GATE or other test. You can also go for any short term course after aeronautical engineering. All the best.

The eligibility criteria for CEED 2019, as stated by IIT-Bombay mentions that aspirants should have completed any of the below mentioned education qualifications by July 2019:
Passed a degree/Diploma/post graduate degree programme of 4 years or 3+2 years (after 10+2 level)
Or,
Must be appearing for the final examination of such a programme.
