If you have taken an education loan for your graduation then I am sure the same bank will definitely be interested in extending the loan to you for your postgraduation studies. In fact, if you do so, the bank may even offer to extend the year from which your repayment could begin.

It's very nice to know your interest in pursuing your post graduation from Delhi. There are plenty of good colleges but please remember that the admissions are centralised and are based on the entrance exam. You need to register online and based on your rank you can get a college.
