You have neither mentioned your college nor university. But all the same, I will attempt to give you the answer. Syllabus normally changes only after five or ten years. All universities publish it on their website for benefit of students. So, if you see the webpage of your university then you will be able to have a look at syllabus.

It totally depends on your interest. There are many PG courses available, which can provide you good opportunity in the market. If, in case you are interested in pursuing jobs in HR you can go for PG courses which give specialisation in Human Resource, if you are interested in Administration/Fine Arts/Languages then you can opt for the course accordingly. Each course has its own value provided the same has been done from good institution and with dedication.

It's very nice to see your dreams of studying abroad. In European countries, many colleges are not getting enough students, and hence they offer different schemes to students. But then, all of these are capitalist countries and nothing is free actually. I would advise you to contact an agency sending students abroad to know different nuances in this whole process.
