UG means undergraduate degree. It can be a degree or Diploma course. Duration of degree may be three or four years such as B.Sc, B.Com, B.Tech, etc. While Diploma course duration may be two or three years such as Polytechnic, Diploma in management, etc. PG refers to Post graduation or Master's degree. It is a specialised degree of their subjects of the respective field. For example, M.Tech in thermal engineering after B.Tech in Mechanical engineering. Its duration may be two or three years.

Hi,
You can opt for M.Sc or if in case you are interested in opting jobs in business/administration, you can opt for MBA. However, every college/university has its own admission criteria so you can choose the course accordingly.

Hi,
Although, it is possible that you take a regular and a distance course simultaneously, it cannot be said for sure, whether both will stand valid when you showcase them on your CV. According to law, one cannot pursue two regular courses together, but you can pursue two distance courses at the same time, or one regular and one distance course simultaneously.
