Please check with the concerned college you want to apply to. They will verify your degree first. You can check SPP colleges too. But overall chances are slim. Look for options outside Canada. The more options you check he better for you. Don't limit yourself to just one country.

In this case, they won't be top universities but bottom or mediocre universities. Either, you can check universities in countries like Finland, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Greece etc. These are not the very top most countries but affordable. There is no guarantee moreover that they won't require any of these tests. Or you can check university pathway programs in Canada, Australia and New Zealand which can give you admission. No, you cannot pursue both the courses simultaneously. You will have to complete your UG Diploma first in order to qualify for the PG Diploma.
