In order to be eligible for PG Diploma in mould design from CIPET, You should have pursued a 3 year Diploma in Mechanical, Plastics Technology, Tool/Production Engineering, Mechatronics, Automobile Engineering, Tool & Die Making, DPMT/DPT (CIPET) or equivalent.

The candidates who are from the Arts, Humanities or the Commerce subjects are eligible for the UGC NET Exam. The candidate in 2nd Year of Masters and candidates those who have completed their Masters degree is eligible for the exam
You must secure 55 % Marks in Masters if you are from general category as well as 50 % Marks in OBC/SC/ST/PWD candidates

Yes, of course. Anyone who has Master's degree with UGC recognised University or any lther equivalent institute like AICTE etc. may apply for NET.

Be very strategic when you are applying to Canada or any other degree. Just by applying for some degree won't do any good. If you want to study then universities must accept. You. For this know what to study. I am not sure if universities in Canada will accept you into a MS IT or CS course basis your education profile. Its a three year degree and B.Com irrelevant to what you want to study. Try contacting some universities first. Your work experience may help but not a guarantee. You should also consider other countries like Australia etc. You will have better idea only if you start contacting the universities one b
