You can pursue either of them depending on your interest. If you want to continue your career in commerce field only, I would suggest you to go for M.Com or MBA (Finance). If you wish to switch your career, You can opt for other Diploma or certificate courses.

All applicants applying for the M.Des. Programme (any discipline) in NID must fulfill both the following criteria; of age and education qualification.
Age Limit:
For Indian Nationals in General Category: Upper age limit for candidates is 30 years as on 30 June 2018. Only those candidates born on or after 1 July 1988 are eligible to apply for admission.
Educational Qualification:
In addition to the above, the candidate must possess at least one of the following minimum qualifications to be considered eligible for admissions:
Bachelor degree of minimum 4-year duration in any specialisation, after 10+2 system, from any university or

Yes, you are eligible. Many universities do not have any particular marks requirement but some universities require a four year Bachelor's degree. Check the website of Russian Education Center, legally authorized representative working under the Aegis of the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
