First of all, I would personally suggest you to opt for regular course. Jewellry designing is a professional course and as per my experience says, professional courses are designed for full time studies and can offer you the best output after completing the same.
It requires a lot of attention, dedication and efforts.
Now coming to your query, it will not be worthless to pursue Masters of Jewellery Design from distance learning in India. Yes, you are eligible for Masters of Fashion management (MFM ), if you have completed your B.Tech. And 23 is the age limit for the candidate who is applying for Bachelor's programme at NIFT, but you are applying for Master's degree so it's fine if you are 23 and above. Now, you need to clear an entrance exam offor Masters of fashion management (MFM). You need to score a rank under 500, if you fall under the general category.

No, it's not worth to pursue Masters in textile from distance learning in India or from any other country for that matter because it's more like a practical subject. It's not worth because you wouldn't learn the best out of it. You will have a degree but not the knowledge. I will suggest you to go for some regular programme as that will help you in a better way and you will have better career prospectus and job opportunities.
