Hi Vignesh,
6.42 is a very poor CGPA for Germany but don't be discouraged as you will find many good options like in Spain, Poland, Ireland, Czech Republic, Denmark etc. You may also have to get your degree assessed by the concerned university abroad.

Hi Neeraj, with 59% it will be very difficult for University of Toronto. Atleast 70 to 75% is required. Also you have a three year degree, you have to check with them first before applying.
