This will depend on the kind of career you are thriving for. It is good, you have a strong extracurricular profile, and this will make your application stronger. I would have suggested you an MBA, but you don't have work experience and also you have a three year degree course making things more difficult to get through in Canada. You can look for courses in sports management, sports accounting, Sports media and communication etc. You have to check on university's websites and write to them about courses and specializations they offer. PG course is a Master's degree level courses. Diploma courses are generally normal Diploma courses for undergraduate level. You will also find PG Diploma course, which is a one year course.

Pursuing a Master's degree in engineering is a good option, but it totally depends on what you want from your life.
First of all, go for PG only, if you have interest in studying ahead, if not, then definitely go for a job.
Going for PG will definitely improve your job prospects, especially as you are from computer science branch. Try to get into some IIT /NIT/ IIIT. You will get opportunities for better companies and better salary packages. Research and teaching domains will be open for you as well.
If you are not that much into technical, then definitely go for a job. Earn experience and move up the corporate ladder.

But irrespective of any countries, all that you need is enough money. My opinion is Germany.

Both are different streams. Fashion designing and Masters in psychology fashion designing has a graduation degree also and Master's degree also and Masters in psychology is different stream, so it is upto you, which you want to choose, as both has great scope in their respective fields.
