Yes for sure. You can pursue Masters in Journalism and Mass Communication after graduating in any of the stream. There is no restriction as such which requires a specialized field of study during your graduation to pursue MJMC. It just requires your inner-self confident enough to be able to work hard and achieve milestones in the field of journalism.
Most of the reputed colleges like IIMC, Symbiosis University, Christ University, Delhi University, Jamia Milia Islamia, JNU accept the candidates with a minimum of 50% or 60% in graduation to be eligible enough to apply for their Masters program.

Focus on your placement. Doing MBA abroad is a wastage of money and have no betterment for your career. A general MBA will be good and you can do it in India only. That will add to your career in future. As a general MBA in marketing with graduation in HM is better.

CBSE UGC NET exam is held twice a year, usually in the months of June and December. If you prepare well, you may clear UGC NET exam in just the first attempt.
It is not as tough as you think, if you go with a planned approach, you can clear it. The most important thing is that, there is no negative marking. You don't have to worry about wrong answers or doubtable questions.
