USA is better, because the infrastructure there is better. But, make sure you study in a college that has proven results. You can't be a successful animator, if you don't really work hard.
Canada is also a good option and Gobelins in France is also good.

Please mention your Bachelor's degree. Your IELTS score is okay and you may be offered a bridge course but for admissions, you must meet academic requirements which are most important.

Hi,
Admissions into MS programs have different requirements all over the world. You have to specify where you want to study. You may be required to take the GRE while some universities don't, depends on where you want to study and also which course.

If you are strong academically and interested in research and development work, you can for a Master's degree. If you are looking for a job oriented course then go for PG Diploma.

Hi Sheshank,
There is no MS degree or a terminal Masters degree, you must apply for the Ph.D in the respective field if you are selected you will start the MS programme before finally gaining the Ph.D. As an international student, you must take the TOEFL, I don't think there is a requirement for a GRE. If you are admitted you will be eligible for financial aid, monthly stipend, fellowships etc. You should check this link below for more details, email them as well
