It's hard to infer what exactly you are asking about. Since many programs are interdisciplinary now you are eligible to apply for MS Physics both in India and abroad. But universities will also check if the work experience you have gained is relevant or not. With your engineering degree and work experience, you can come handy in many fields. Hi,
To be eligible for a Masters you must have the US or Australian equivalent of the Bachelor degree, now it depends on the university, you should start checking with the universities if they will accept your current qualification as a pathway to a Masters or not.

You need to give GATE exam and score high to get a seat for the post graduation ie M.Tech. As you are out of touch of routine engineering studies you might need to put in regular hours of studies for the exam. Alternatively I suggest you do MBA with specialization in HR through Part-time MBA course or through distance education.
