Also, MS programs are highly competitive. You will find PG Diploma options. If you have communicated with universities already willing to accept your degree then it's a good news. Regarding your gap, you can do a course related to your area or try to take a solid project work in the area of commerce or accounts, etc. You may also engage yourself in extracurricular activities.

For getting into any college in India for Masters in IT or any other course, you need to clear all your backlogs from your previous college. One might not have a good score in the previous college, but there shouldn't be any backlogs.

GRE would be required to study in the USA. Additionally, you must also take the TOEFL or IELTS. For Canada, Australia and UK, GRE does not seem to be compulsory, although you must take the TOEFL or IELTS and must hold a Bachelor's degree in a closely related field.
