It will be difficult to find relevant courses in Canada, especially after Physics. Check other countries like Australia, New Zealand too. Product Design, Project Management, Engineering Physics Diploma, etc. See if you can find anything here:

Procedure for admission into a medical or pharma related field in Germany is very different. You must pass the State Examination and also international students must go through some pre-requisite courses. You should also check the rules for a job after you complete your MS.
