lim (x→2) P (x)/sin (x-2) = lim (x→2) P (x)/ (x-2) = P' (2) = 7.
P' (x) = 2a (x-2) + b. P' (2) = b = 7.
P' (x) = 2a.
P (3) = a (1)² + b (1) + c = a+b+c = 9.
Continuity at x=2 means lim f (x) = f (2).
lim (x→2) (a (x-2)²+b (x-2)+c)/ (x-2) = P' (2) = b=7. This is given.
The problem states f (2)=7.
P (x) = (x-2) (ax+b) form used in solution. Let's use this.
lim (x→2) (x-2) (ax+b)/sin (x-2) = lim (x→2) ax+b = 2a+b = 7.
P (3) = (3-2) (3a+b) = 3a+b=9.
Solving: a=2, b=3.
P (x) = (x-2) (2x+3).

Σx? ² = 8 (81+9.25) = 8 (90.25) = 722.
Σx? ² = 36+100+49+169+a²+144+b²+144 = 642+a²+b².
642+a²+b²=722 ⇒ a²+b²=80.
(a+b)²=144 ⇒ a²+b²+2ab=144 ⇒ 80+2ab=144 ⇒ 2ab=64.
(a-b)² = a²+b²-2ab = 80-64 = 16.

lim (x→2) (2xf (2) - 4f' (x)/1 = 2 (2)f (2) - 4f' (2) = 4 (4) - 4 (1) = 12.

Slope of OC = 3/2. Slope of PQ = -2/3.
Let P= (x, y). Vector CP = (x-2, y-3). Vector OC = (2,3).
CP.OC=0 ⇒ 2 (x-2)+3 (y-3)=0 ⇒ 2x+3y=13.
Also (x-2)²+ (y-3)²=13.
From 2x=13-3y, x= (13-3y)/2.
(13-3y)/2-2)²+ (y-3)²=13 ⇒ (9-3y)/2)²+ (y-3)²=13
(9 (y-3)²/4) + (y-3)² = 13 ⇒ (13/4) (y-3)²=13 ⇒ (y-3)²=4 ⇒ y-3=±2.
