MBA is the best one. Already you have technical knowledge of IT. So, instead of doing MCA if you do MBA it will add more to your career. MBA is all about business and how to look after a business. Almost all IT firms nowadays are looking for technical + Management knowledge. So, it is better pursue MBA Instead of MCA or LLB.

Basically, MBA is the study related to management it does not matter what you have done in your past for graduation, it only matters how logical you take corporate knowledge through MBA and it also does not matter what specialization you choose if depends on your grasping power there are many engineers out there who have taken finance in MBA and are doing very well.

This has been already answered before. I am reproducing this as:
From knowledge point of view, it's good. From job placement perspective, no. It depends on your own performance and you can never get salary at par with any full time MBA even if it is from Great Lakes.

MBA in finance or marketing will be the best as both have more job opportunities in comparison to others. If you are interested in HR then HR is also good. Go as per your interest.
Provided, you should do MBA from a good college so that it would be better for your placement and career growth.
