The new GIBS Business School (GIBS) campus features thoughtfully designed modern education facilities combined with green space and an emphasis on student-centric areas that promote improved learning and daily experiences.

Green, serene environment – The campus features a landscape design with well-kept lawns, flower beds, walkways and the opportunity to sit outside, giving students a peaceful place to relax and study in groups or creatively think.

Modern design of academic facility – The classrooms are spacious with air conditioning and are equipped with digital teaching tools, smartboards and wi-fi throughout the campus; therefore, all classes will be interactive with technology. Seminar halls, auditoriums, innovation/function rooms are designated for use for workshops, guest speakers and events.

Collaborative and innovation zones – The creativity labs, discussion rooms, and collaboration areas provide students with a place to work on group projects, conduct research and develop ideas related to entrepreneurship. These spaces promote working together and apply what they have learned to problem-solving through experiential learning.

Student Activity and cultural spaces – The open areas and amphitheater-type sections of campus will be utilized throughout the year for cultural events, leadership lectures, performance opportunities, and community gatherings — all of which will help students build confidence, network socially and explore creative opportunities.

Recreation/sports areas – Outdoor sports fields and courts, indoor game areas and fitness areas are available for students to participate and to relieve stress through physical activity while maintaining balance between their academic and physical wellbeing.

Social and Comfortable Living Spaces: Hostel accommodations, living rooms, dining commodities, and lounge facilities are designed to promote comfort, safety, and communal living; as such, they promote social interaction between students and help to strengthen their friendship over time.

To summarise, the design of the campus creates a harmonious relationship between nature, comfort, collaboration, and modern structures in order to provide an educational environment conducive to developing student leadership skills and enhancing the overall student experience.

The PGDM programme at GIBS Business School is unique in its focus on practical learning and industry driven methods rather than theory alone. The programme provides dual specialisations so that students can study core areas of Marketing, Finance, HR or Operations and combine them with emerging fields such as Business Analytics, AI, Digital Marketing or International Business. Integration of live industry projects, hands-on learning through fieldwork, internships, corporate visits and case-based learning occur during all four years of the PGDM, meaning students have early real world exposure. Additional initiatives such as the IRE School (Innovation, Research & Entrepreneurship), CEO talks on a regular basis, mentoring from alumni and skill-building workshops provide students with opportunities to develop leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. The PGDM at GIBS also has strong placement support along with personality development and global exposure opportunities; therefore, students completing the PGDM programme will be job-ready and prepared to become future leaders. Because of these factors, GIBS's management programme is different than other traditional management programs.

The GIBS College makes ethics, social responsibility, and sustainability a part of their school culture in a way that is both practical and nice for the students. They don't just teach ethics, they practice it through academic integrity, disciplined campus life, openness of systems, and extremely value-based faculty mentoring. They constantly encourage students to make ethical choices based on case studies, real-world projects, and in-class discussions. To get into the PGDM program at MERI, the process is pretty straightforward but requires a bit of hustle. First off, you need a Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 50% marks (if you're in your final year, you can still apply). The real gatekeeper is the entrance exam—they accept scores from almost all the major ones like CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, or ATMA. Once your score clears their cutoff (usually around the 50th percentile for CAT/MAT), the college invites you to the campus for a Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). It's not just about the numbers; they're looking for your "corporate vibe" and communication skills. If you nail the interview and they see you have the right drive, you'll get an offer letter to join their intake of 60 students.
