No, work experience is not strictly compulsory for every MBA pathway at Indian School of Business, but it is required for its flagship programme.

For the main Post Graduate Programme (PGP), which is equivalent to an MBA, ISB typically expects 2 or more years of full-time work experience at the time of joining.
