You can apply for the college through online application based on the cutoff they will shortlist the candidates.
But when I went through the admission process they have just mentioned the they consider 2 entrance exams, in which CMAT isn't mentioned. So, I would recommend you to talk to the college directly.

MBA in ITBM is a techno-managerial program and the profiles are aligned with the industry requirements. It is not necessary for you to be an IT graduate or have an IT background to pursue this course. Everything right from the basics will be taught in this course. You will get similar opportunities like any other candidate. It also depends on how you perform in the two years of your MBA program.

60% is more than enough to get into a college for MBA. It's the eligibility criteria that a college asks you to fulfill for PG studies.
However, it may vary upon the institutes' overall cut-off and percentile of that specific year.
