You can apply for the college through online application based on the cutoff they will shortlist the candidates.
But when I went through the admission process they have just mentioned the they consider 2 entrance exams, in which CMAT isn't mentioned. So, I would recommend you to talk to the college directly.

MBA in ITBM is a techno-managerial program and the profiles are aligned with the industry requirements. It is not necessary for you to be an IT graduate or have an IT background to pursue this course. Everything right from the basics will be taught in this course. You are eligible to apply for MBA Anna course if you don't have any history of arrears. Your marks are fine. If you have any work experience, you can apply for PGDM, which is considered to be the flagship course of PSGIM.
