For private sector, if you want to go for MBA, it hardly matters because what matters the most incorporates is soft skills you have and attitude and overall I must say somehow it adds value to your resume if somewhat in government sector.

Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is a national level MBA entrance test, conducted quarterly by the All India Management Association (AIMA). You should go for both the exams if you belong to Tamil Nadu otherwise, only MAT, if you want to pursue an MBA.

Yes, you may get admission. Just check what layer of OBC category you belong to and what are the reservations regarding that specific category. If in any case, you fall out of those reservations, though you may secure a seat in low graded colleges, but it will also affect your placements in turn. All the best.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

Yes, you can apply for MBA without entrance. But, in top rated colleges you will be having entrance exam. If you willing to join college without entrance exam you can prefer some private colleges like S.K Hopkins College and many more you can find.

Just from last year, they are changed from MIT-Pune University to MITWPU private university. Their criteria is not yet decided, but if you have above 80%-85%, you will get admission for sure.
