Yes, however, you shall not get many colleges to choose from. If you are a SC/ST candidate, above 45% is acceptable in general but for GENERAL class a minimum of 50% is required in most colleges.

Yes, you can. However before you decide on pursuing MBA in HR you first need to think on what are your career plans and then explore the programme. An MBA in HR along with LLB. Would come to your advantage in handling Industrial Relations related issues. You should have secured minimum 50% marks at graduation level and then appear for CAT and based on the score that you get in CAT you can seek admission into MBA in HR.

This would depend a lot on your financial status. If you don't have financial responsibility, then you should pursue full time MBA from a top ranked institute and you have responsibility to run a family then an Executive MBA or part-time or distance MBA is a preferred option.

A minimum of 2 years of work experience is required for EMBA. Apart from this, the institute may have other requirements and for it, you need to check the institute's website. You could also explore part-time MBA, wherein, classes are conducted on weekends and the curriculum is more exhaustive.

NITs Rourkela accept CAT percentile above 50. The more important thing is your B.Tech percentage. It should be more than 65. And then, there is GD-PI. Total seats available is 60.
