There's no constraint of any kind of gap. If you've worked in an organisation, most probably they'll ask for some kind of proof. Or, if you haven't done anything, they'll ask for an application.

For MBA entrance exam, basic eligibility criteria is graduation with at least 50% marks. But, as what you said you are pursuing Diploma course. So, maybe you are not eligible. If you have a graduation degree with 50% marks you can apply. All the best.

It wouldn't matter if you apply as general candidate. But you will need to score atleast 95% + in order to get a good college. Also nothing else matters much than your academics.

Yes, you are definitely eligible for MBA, but your average marks should be above 50 %. You should always prefer regular college in MBA instead of distance, because it deals and improves leadership and management qualities in you. All the best for your bright future.

With 2 years experience, it is not possible since you studied GNM. If it was B.Sc, it was possible with or without experience.

Please mention the country you want to go, as every countries have their own eligibility criteria, but some common thing are like IELTS TOEFL etc. And, for MBA, GMAT is required, but again I am saying, it is different country to country.

Depends on the eligibility criteria of the college. But most of the colleges will allow you because of your job experience. I would suggest you go for executive MBA as it will be best for you.
All the best.
