MBA at IPM & IIM is a post-graduate course. One needs to first complete graduation & then appear for CAT.
One needs to score minimum 50% marks at the graduation level and to get into IIMs one needs to score 98+ percentile marks in CAT (Common Admission Test).

I am afraid that the answer is 'No'.
For doing MBA, you need to clear GMAT exam which is especially there for doing MBA.
Since you are plan on enrolling in Singapore, better start preparing for GMAT. It will help you.

You are eligible to seek admission in MBA if you have done BHM from a recognized institute and have scored above 50% marks in your graduation degree.

MIM is a great course but a lot of countries are realizing the value of MIM in recent times so it has a demand but not huge. It's a way to shift to management side, so even if you finish your MIM with good scores at the end, it isn't sure that you will get a job in India. You may be considered as a tier-2 business student, not an exception so, your work experience matters. And if you don't have any then pursue a dare of pursuing MIM, it has a great value in Europe (consider France). Yes, you are eligible for MBA but not in IITs as IITs only take students who did their graduation in B.Tech or BE. Apart from that, there are various private colleges who don't consider academics during final selection.

For seeking admission in MBA, one needs to have minimum 50% marks in graduation and should have a good score in CAT. The higher the score, the better are the chances of getting admission into a top MBA school.
You first need to decide what are your interest areas and career aspirations & then based on it, decide the way forward.
