Yes, you are eligible for placements because it depends on your performance in PGDM but be ready to justify your 2-year gap because some companies may ask what were you doing during that time.

Yes, you are definitely eligible to pursue PGDM programme with a percentile of 93 in MAT. However, as per current eligibility norms for full-time Post Graduate program (Diploma or Degree) in management, you must have graduation percentage of at least 50% in any discipline. All the best.

Not a good B-School, but yes, a decent B-School if you're not from general category. For students in general category, you need minimum of 75 percentile for reputed B-School with good placements opportunities.

Yes, you can. For that, you have to clear GMAT or GRE if you are looking for foreign universities and CAT if you are looking for Indian universities. There are some Indian universities offering admissions on the basis of GRE exam.
