Yes, there are some B-schools accepting the score you have but before applying you should carefully see the placements of the institutes.

As per last year the cut off was 70%, so I don't know about this year but you can still apply, you have a good chance to get selected.

For an OBC candidate, you need to get 82 to 92 percentile to get admission in a good B-school. Your performance in group and personal interview matter a lot.

You should do some research about the institutes, which provide proper educational facilities, faculties, accreditation and brand name. Apart from this, placement is the most important factor for a student. So as an MBA aspirant, you should take this into consideration. I would suggest you to retake the exams or give other exams like MAT, ATMA, etc.

The specialization depends on your interest. All the courses are interdependent, but marketing and finance are one of the top most course opted by students.

Yes, you have decent chances as the cutoff range from 120 to 145. So, you must wait till the last round. The seats do get vacant and allotment start accordingly.

As you do not meet minimum marks criteria of 50% marks in graduation degree for MBA, you will not be eligible to seek admission in majority of top B-Schools but you will be able to do MBA from some lower ranked B-Schools.
