This score is on lower side and difficult to get a good institute at this score. You can re-appear this year again to improve your score. A score above 85-90 percentile is a good score.

Yes, MBA is a good choice, but it will be very valuable if you get some work experience before taking MBA course. You can go for specialization which you are interested in. Finance do have maths involved and engineers find it easy to cope up and excel. Operations will be more valuable if you get a chance to work with manufacturing or production companies.

The minimum requirement would be for you is to complete your Bachelor's degree. You could get admission in certain universities without the work experience too.

It is difficult to get a good B-School at this score. You can re-appear for CAT next year or can try with scores of other exams.

It depends on the entrance examination that you take. Based on that score, you can predict where to get admission. Therefore, prepare for CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT/GMAT/NMAT/SNAP, etc. management entrance examinations.
All the best.

There are no best colleges for less than 50% marks, all good colleges have a mandatory requirement of minimum 50%. So, you are advised to go for LLB as CS and LLB go hand in hand and are very apt for a good career into legal and compliance roles.
