Hello, your profile and marks will get you a GD/PI call as the cut off is 80 percentile. Your performance in GD/PI will be the deciding factor in getting you selected for any of the course.

All premier B Schools, go by the CAT score. You should look at scoring a minimum of 99 percentile in the CAT exam, to stand a realistic chance of making it to these B Schools

It mostly depends on the college you are applying for. However most of the colleges ask for a graduation degree and an entrance exam score. The cut offs will vary as per the college you apply. The procedure might also include a group discussion and a personal interview.

Min. 50% - Open, 45% - Reserved category in graduation, and clear entrance exam (CAT, CMAT, etc). Cut-off of such entrance exam scores for each college may vary every year.
While applying, do check for the colleges which provide MBA in I.T., as not all of them offer MBA-I.T.
Good luck.!
